The 90‑Day Fertility Foundation

A clear, structured plan designed to support egg quality factors, ovarian health, uterine lining & receptivity, and a regulated nervous system—especially helpful before IVF/IUI or transfer.

Egg Quality & Ovarian Health

When time allows, we build an 8–12 week foundation to support the conditions linked to follicle development: sleep, stress physiology, digestion, and pelvic circulation.

  • Low AMH / DOR / past poor response support
  • Pelvic circulation + “recovery capacity”
  • Stress/sleep routines that stick

Uterine Lining & Receptivity

Acupuncture is commonly used to support uterine blood flow and reduce pelvic tension. The aim is a calmer, better‑perfused environment—especially when lining/receptivity is a concern.

  • Thin lining / lining variability support
  • Transfer preparation support
  • Reduce uterine tension & stress load
Uterine lining Receptivity

Nervous System & Hormone Rhythm

Fertility is taxing. We prioritize nervous system regulation (“rest & digest”), sleep quality, and digestion—often the difference between feeling stuck and feeling supported.

  • High stress / insomnia during IVF
  • Digestion support (often overlooked)
  • Support ovulation + luteal stability goals
Stress & sleep Hormone rhythm

We focus on improving the conditions your body needs—circulation, hormone rhythm, stress resilience, sleep and digestion—so your fertility plan has stronger support.

Egg Quality & Ovarian Health

Many patients start with an 8–12 week foundation. Treatments aim to support healthy follicle development, pelvic circulation, and stress regulation—key factors often linked to egg quality and ovarian response.

Uterine Lining & Receptivity

Acupuncture is used to support uterine blood flow and reduce pelvic tension. The goal is to support a calmer, better‑perfused environment—especially helpful when lining thickness or receptivity is a concern.

Hormones, Ovulation & Luteal Support

We tailor care to your symptoms and goals to support hormone rhythm, ovulation quality, and luteal stability—plus sleep and digestion (often overlooked, but foundational in TCM).

Have IVF/IUI dates or lining/egg quality concerns? Call and we’ll help you choose timing that complements your clinic plan.

Common Questions

Can TCM support egg quality?
In practice, we focus on the conditions that support egg development over time—sleep, stress resilience, digestion, and circulation. Many patients aim for an 8–12 week foundation when possible, but supportive care can still start at any stage.
Can acupuncture help with thin lining or uterine receptivity?
Acupuncture is commonly used to support pelvic/uterine blood flow and reduce tension. The goal is to support a calmer, better-perfused environment—especially when lining and receptivity are concerns. Results vary and we coordinate with your clinic plan.
Does acupuncture increase IVF success rates?
Some people pursue acupuncture as complementary support because it can help with stress regulation, sleep, and uterine tension around key dates. We avoid guaranteeing outcomes—our focus is to support the factors we can influence and help you feel steady throughout the process.
How often should I come in?
It depends on your timeline and goals. Many patients start weekly, and may add sessions around important IVF/IUI dates. If you call with your schedule, we can recommend a plan that fits your clinic timeline.
Do you accept insurance?
Many extended health insurance plans cover acupuncture/TCM visits. We can provide receipts—please confirm coverage details with your insurance provider. Herbal formulas are typically not covered.
What happens in the first consultation?
We review your history, symptoms, goals, and (if applicable) clinic plan or labs. You’ll receive a personalized plan that may include acupuncture, lifestyle guidance, and (when appropriate) herbal recommendations—always complementary to your medical care.
